I’m happy with this product. Like most people I spend a lot of time using my phone. During the day and at night when it’s time to just relax. This makes that night time relaxing mode easier on the fingers and hands. I’ve been noticing my pinky fingers are getting sore from holding the phone while I surf the web on my phone. With this device one can actually watch videos, scroll through tons of things using one’s phone without having to actually hand hold the phone and not be tied to one’s desk.
It’s a little heavy at first use, but you’ll get used to it. Your neck is stronger than your finger tips. Now one can enjoy the use of one’s phone while lounging on the bed, sofa or even just to have it hanging on your neck to clear your hands while doing other things. It’s brilliant. And so easy to adjust! It’s sturdy yet flexible.

My family has ordered several of these. Some broke and some given away to others who were wowed at the flexibility it offers while using a cell phone. After breaking a couple I can tell ya how NOT to break yours. There are two side clamps that hold your phone. The large one is stationary and the small one adjusts by sliding in and out. I, (as well as other family members) broke the small clamp off by forcing it to slide out with my thumb which actually is bending the clamp back rather than sliding it out. So by inserting the edge of your phone into the small clamp first, allowing the phone to push the slide out far enough to seat the phone into both clamps. Also, notice in the photos I've had to glue and tape one of the rod holders. I've had this break twice in the same exact place on two different phone holders. If I had removed the flexible rod first, adjust it how I needed to, then place the phone holder back onto each end of the rod it probably would last a lot longer. I'm a little too rough with it so I just need to slow down and gently adjust. This is a great device and I don't ever want to be without one. I'm hoping a family member gets me a new one for Christmas now that I know how to use it properly! LOL
