    This stapler is a heavy gauge metal and is extremely durable and strong. I have used it a veritable ton and it has worked without a single jam or issue. If you need a heavy-duty stapler, this is the one to get.

    Two things to keep in mind:
    #1. These things are very strong and so they take quite a bit of force to operate the handle. It may be difficult for someone younger or older to operate.
    #2. Pay attention to how the staples load. It is actually super easy when you do it, but I always overthink it and wind up trying to put them in the wrong part of the slide.

It helps to have your hand positioned to the rear of the handle. Nice that it has a side view staple "window" in order to tell when its time to add more staples Very pleased with this stapler.

Only issue is you need a strong grip to squeeze the handle down to fire the staples I had to rest my hand after the first dozen or so, but the price is way lower than a good electric stapler so I’ll deal with it.. 👍👍

    I bought this for putting up some radiant barrier in my attic.....several thousand staples later it works like it did the first day. Easy to load - powerful - not too heavy or awkward. Not as ergonomic as front press style...but my front press style failed after just a hundred staples so bought this to replace it....and have no regrets. I am confident it will last for years.
